Which Category do I fall under?
The entrant is not required to determine which category of award they should enter for.
All that is necessary is to indicate on the entry form the type of business that your organisation is involved in and select the most appropriate business category from the list (one only). The NISO/NISG adjudicators will determine the most appropriate category for your organisation should you be successful in winning an award.
Should your organisation be eligible in more than one category of award, then NISO/NISG will select the highest available award for your organisation.
Example
If an organisation is found to be the best large sized organisation and is also the best within their region, the highest prize is automatically awarded, i.e, the Presidents Award for a large sized organisation.
The ranking in importance of the various awards are broadly in line as they appear under Award Categories.
